Probably enough since it's only a prohormone stack. Even better would be M & Tribex from Biotest.

Tribulus has not been shown to increase testosterone.
Chrysin inhibits steroidogenic enzymes in addition to aromatase activity, so even if you achieved adequate blood levels, they would likely cancel each other out.

I can't say I've read a study on Tribulus, but many people state that "studies show... tribulus raises testosterone levels by 35%" for example. Why is there such conflicting info on this herbal supplement? I thought "studies showed" tribulus to increase Leutenizing Hormone as well?

Maybe Tribulus doesn`t raise T levels, but for me is does make my nutsack drop after a cycle...I use it along with Vitex.

im 19 and took tribulus(new tribex500) for app. a week and a half just for shits and giggles. I noticed my nutsack drop too. And a mild increase in libido... oh yeah and my lateral raises increased a little too without doing anything different...diet wasnt as good as it shoud have been either- was actually slightly worse than normal. Potency is prob. pretty different from brand to brand- id stick with tribex or tribestan...from what ive heard.

When i tried Maca my testes went down after just one day, and they regained their size as well. This was after a cycle and they had shrunk and ascended way up there. It worked better than the tribulus.

I took 4AD at about 1000mg/day. I gained 2 pounds. I was so pissed. Yeah i kept the 2 whole pounds but i was very dissapointed.

Not at that time. I was speaking of when i did a 4AD oral cycle of 1000mg/day. My nuts ascended very far up and shrunk, and after just 1 day they went back to normal. I'm doing 1AD and 4AD now i'll be using trib and maca when i'm done.

Since i don't know correct doses, i just take 3 caps, 3 times/day. Which is like 9 times the recommended amount.

I don't know if this is true or not... but one Elite member who recommended the Maca said his doctor actually recommended it, and the doc said it was just as good as clomid at restoring your test. If it's true or not i don't know.

off the internet i couldn't find it. I went to the Supplementshoppe and bought their version of it, but they had about 7 different brands to choose from. I picked theirs b/c it showed the percent of the active ingredient in there.

Don't know... just took 3 pills 3 times per day. They are a blend of root and leaf w/ i think it was 6% of the active ingredient. I don't know how much others used, and when in doubt i either double or triple doseage mentioned from back of the bottle.
