CLENBUTEROL... has any woman out there tried it?

How are you cycling your clen? I prefer two separate methods... 2 days on/2 days off is my favorite... and then 2 weeks on/2 weeks off... I can run the first for about 8 weeks, the second I've topped off at 13 weeks. Your body will adjust to the clen... it needs to adjust to clen, especially if you work! If you run a moderate clen cycle you can do the 2 day on/off... if you run a high cycle you need to run the 2 week on/off to allow yourself to cycle up and down. If you're running good clen 75mg is going to give you wicked jitters right off, especially if you've never cycled or are just starting a cycle. You can get yourself up to some pretty high doses (ie: 200mcg/day) but you cant just jump around with those numbers. You'll end up making yourself sick on the couch if you do that... I had a love/hate relationship with Clen. I ran cycles for a year before I knew anything about Taurine and then I picked up some bottles 60mL @ 400mcg/mL and I couldn't dose it small enough and ran a super high cycle and it just burned me out. I never touched it again. Grown men in the gym wouldn't touch that fire water, I couldn't even give it away. So now It's left a bad taste in my mouth (pun, haha). To this day I prefer ECA and ECYA stacks. I am about to run an ECA actually... am waiting for the ephedrine to come in. You can run them longer, you get less side effects, you don't get the "caffeine drop" feel if you don't split doses and let the half life expire and you don't get the return weight gain. IMO.

Two days on, two off is something you might want to reconsider. Look at the half life of Clen.
Its effectiveness will still drop off considerably after 4 weeks.

Clenbuterol has a half life of 35 hours.

I do prefer 2 days on/2 days off for a lower dose clen cycle that does not require cycling up/down... ie: 40mg/day. I use 2 weeks on/off to cycle from 40mg to 200mg and down again... I've even run a straight 6 week 10mg/day cycle with no off time.... and actually that one was my favorite. Although I've run 2 cycles up to 200mg I would never suggest it and only did it because I couldn't get the dosing low enough from the bottle. I think I liked the 2 day on/off because of it's ease of use... I didn't cycle up/down.... after a few weeks I would get all dicombobulated with which week I was on and within the 2 weeks on which dose I was at and when to cycle down... maybe I just made it too complicated, I dunno... I am sure if I hadn't cycled so high it would have been easier. You live and learn.

It helps keep your thyroid from shutting down. Clen stops the conversion of T3 to T4. So when you come off of it you will most likely gain everything lost back and then some if you do not use Taurine.
Unless you are on Thyroid you have no business using Clen without TAURINE.
Basicly, if someone tells you how to use Clen and they don't mention Taurine they have outed themself as someone not to be a trusted resource of informtion. Not using it is beyond reckless!

*CRAP: I should have written "Taurine" and not "T3"
