ya my diet and cardio is fine...except i usllay slack on saturdays form cardio cause im still tore up from my thurs leg day...lol..but i think im gonna give this a try...see how it works out...
omega i was just hinking of taking it on its own to shed some hard to rid fat...you mean its hard on you if your taking it post cycle?what does it do to you that you dont like?also what is the tpical doseage?i see anywhere form 100-140 mcg a day...anybopdy do this differently..and it should be upped in dpseage over the first few days
well I followed standard protocol the first time and started at 40mcg and went up to 120 I think
I felt like absloute SHIT and it drained alot out of me (thats why I mentioned vitamin C, tuarine, pot, etc...)
also peopel don;t realize that its an asthma med and don;t realize that the half life of the drung accumulates
I happen to think its very dangerous esp if you hit up cardio
some will say it good, but I think your better off with a EC or eevn soem Trex instead the side just are not worth any results you may think it will give you
