Clen vs Ephedrine

I've tried ephedrine for a long time and think its ok....I get insomnia from time to time and get dizzy spells from time to time as well.

I tried clen a few years back and didn't notice much, but I wasn't doing it right, I believe. I'm going to give clen another try because the ephedrine I was taking made me feel like shit. Short of breath, dizzy and anxious. The anxiety could be from just being stressed out all the time, but it was not helping with my training whatsoever.

Ketotiphne will prolong time of clen effectivity
Potassium+ Taurine+ Water hydratation will prevent you from cramps

Dont use Clenbuterol close to your workouts....its interefering with your breathing and can decrease your performance.

Shift to T3+ECA stack after 3 weeks...send me PM i can send u stacking table.

this is different from what I've heard or read. what is your opinion on when to take it?

I heard T3 was very dangerous.
 
Ephedrine is great as a pre-workout stimulant and a fat burner. It really does the job well, gives you insane amounts of energy, makes you sweat and burn fat like crazy, and is liveable for normal use, like going to work, etc.

Clenbuterol is a little more hardcore. When dosed correctly, you will be shaking uncontrolably. I did find fat burning was a little better with Clen and maybe it hops you up more, but the shakes you get from it are too much and you look like you have Parkinsons. I also found it negatively affected my performance in the gym. I would sometimes feel too tweaked out or my heart would be pounding too hard or too irregularly for me to even continue through a workout. I pushed through because I wanted the fat loss...

So I do like both Clen and Ephedrine. But side affects included and as a pre-workout stim, Ephedrine kicks ass. Plus it is legal and can be bought at CVS (bronkaide). Make sure you dose it 25mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine, and 81mg Aspirin (aspirin is optional).

What I do though is 2.5 weeks Clen (doses get ramped up to about 200mcg, depending how much I can handle), 2.5 weeks ECA stack, repeat.
 
Surprised all the responses of people saying ECA is better. I've been using ECA on every cutting cycle and Haven't noticed anything tremendous (each cycle upping the dose to 75 mg/600mg a day), and the cycle lasting one month in total.

I have yet to try Clen but I am ordering it right now. (I've also ordered two bottles of Taurine)

But if one knows how to cycle and run ephedrine the right way it can and will do the same thing. Something that clen has only been proven to do in Animal testing using doses that if translated to human use would kill any man large or small.

The studies done on clen showing that it had Anti catabolic effects were done using cows and using doses so High it would put 3 men to death let alone one.

Ephedrine will help retain muscle protein stores when dosed closer together. Studies using as little as 8-10mg with 100mg of Caffeine 6 times daily have shows this to be true.
 
I did 3 weeks of clenbuterol intensive, my disage everyday was 900 mcg and that made me melt completly without loosibg muscle i never had any abs before and after that 3 weeks i had 25 pounds lost and i had my abs. Completly defined, but i swear to god i was shaking as hell, and my head was hurting incredibly at begining!
