I recently picked up
liquid clen and liquid T3.
I just need some help on how I should be taking these.
The clen bottle says its 220 mcg/ml
and the T3 bottle says its 75mcg/ml
I'm 5'9 and 160lbs. I workout 6-7 days a week.
SO FAR:
Day 1 & 2: 5 drops of clen and 6
total drops of T3 (split- 3 in the morning and 3 at night)
Day 3 & 4: 6 drops of clen and 6
total drops of T3
and now here we are, and I'm sitting at work, shaking like a leaf, haha.
I just want to know exactly how I should be using these,
as I know they are not products you should be messing with.
Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated. Including diet/workouts etc!!
