Clen question x-post

I would not worry about the number on the scale so much. It can be deceiving. If you are working out and eating right you should be gaining muscle well losing bf. This at times will not show on the scale. Some times your weight can even go up.

If you are losing bf% getting leaner and harder this is what you should be looking for. Pics help.

I agree with Needto 100%. I have been tightening up my diet and really getting more consistent with lifting. The result is I have gone from no abs to now being able to see 8 of them (not shredded but Im working on it). The funny thing is I have gained 5 to 10lbs depending on the time of day!

+1

I am the same height as you and around 135-140 lbs in my avvie and profile pic.

The scale can be a useful guide, but don't be a slave to it.

As well, unless you dropped some serious money on the scale, I doubt the bodyfat is all that accurate. You will also find that it can flutuate up to 5% (at least) depending on fluctuations in body water.

THANK YOU :) and I'm really happy I stopped the alcohol too. It was harder than the diet!!!!

I did awesome today, btw. I took my jogging stroller to the park, NJ weather was beautiful today :) I'm finally in the 120's! I thought I would never get there, even though it's at 129.5, haha. I went up to 190 before I had my daughter who is 18 months now so this is huge for me. Thanks again, this site rocks!

Congratulations on your weight drop. That's awesome!
Yes, it was beautiful today (NYC). It was about time! sigh!

I really feel that at that high % of body fat clen is not the best option.
Welcome to elite I hooked you up with a free plat.
Welcome to EF!

++ on the Clen not a good option when over 20%. It sounds like you have done Clen before. Everyone reacts so differently to it. I am SO sensitive to any thermo's but Clen has no impact. Odd. Anyway, you have to listen to your body while on it. There are tons of really good thread on the subject. Looks like you've bene hooked up with Plat - do some searches before the Plat goes away - I'll think you'll find some good info.

I would rather see you do something like a LipoStim and LipoFlame stack from agxsports.com

I think you would see better results. I did.
