There are 1 million (1,000,000) micro grams (mcg's) in one gram of substance.

I would HIGHLY advise against making clen into caps. If anything, put it into solution.

Since you usually take around 80-120 MICRO grams per day, this means that 1 gram will last you between 12,500 days, and 8,333 days.

Clen is NOT something to mess around with putting into capsules. The scales needed to perform these tasks cost upwards of $5,000 for a decent one!

Anywho, if you want to put in in solution, mix it with peg 200, or you can use everclear, etc.

Add 1/100 gram (on a scale that reads to the hundredths, this would read 0.01) to 100ml of the solution of choice. This will make 100ml @ 100mcg/ml, or enough for about 100 days. If you have a scale that reads to the tenths, add 1/10 gram to 100 ml of solution, and this will make 100 ml @ 1,000 mcg/ml. You will need a slin pin to measure it out. Just take 1/10 cc each day for a 100mcg dose.

Great advice bro. I advise against messing around with clen unless you realy know what you are doing. The small incriments and doses required can be deadly if made wrong.
