on a typical day i wake up @ 5:30 go to the gym around 7 (Have the oatmeal here, and 3 or 4 egg whites instead. You need to have protein) Have it before training if you weight train in the morning)
8 or 8:30 i eat a bowl of oatmeal and piece of wheat toast w. a glass of orange juice. (Have a protein shake post training)
12 or 12:30 i'll eat a large salad w. no dressing and shredded chicken or tuna fish w. no mayo and a glass of water (You can have dressing, just use 1 teaspoon or tablespoon. Believe me a little goes a long way. Also have 1/2 cup of brown rice with it)
2:00 i eat about 2 cups of grapes or strawberries or carrots and celery (Here, have chicken and vegetables and some sweet potato)
5:30 or 6 i eat grilled chicken or fish w steamed veggies or brown rice and skim milk or water (it's good to have fish at least once a day. Having it in the evening is a good idea with vegetables. Have some green tea rather then milk)
@ 7 i take my son for about a 20 min walk
