Clen or DNP!

I've been thinking about the use of Clen but I've been reading alot of good results with DNP. Does clen work well or should I just go with DNP. Anyone who has used both care to tell expiriance and results including side effects. Is DNP safe as long as dosed correctly? What cycles/dosages worked well for everyone? I'm not sure what body fat % is but I weigh 260lbs and I'm fairly active mountain bike, lift, etc... I just want to get down to 210-215 and need some assistance. Thanks!

Bro, at 260, dropping 50 pounds is a 20 percent reduction in total bodyweight, not BF. That's a huge chunk o' weight--sounds like DNP is the way to go. BTW, how tall are you?

Dont get me wrong here, many have great results with clen, but it can not even come close to the results of DNP. However, DNP requires a lot more self education or you could get yourself into trouble. With DNP you can chose a low dose long cycle keeping sides to a minimum. Or, bite the bullet and go high dose short cycle. Both seem to produce the same effects on fat loss, but the short cycle ....well...its shorter :), but the sides are hell.

Hopefully Tx or some other DNP vets will chime in. Your best bet is a search and an evening of reading.

Well, I would recommend taking 200-300mg/dnp/day. I am unsure about how you will react to 200mg/day at your weight. I also would think 400mg/day would more than likely be too much.

But for you I would say do the lowdose, and do it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. However, you could always just get on and stay on. Huck did a 42 day (6 weeks) cycle and had great results.

Just be careful, and do some searches about dnp and you should be fine. Also, make sure your diet is carb heavy.

Oh, no way in hell is clen going to get you where you wanna go.

I am 5"11 and just started lifting again I use to hit the iron pretty hard I was all natural at 206lbs and benching 415lbs but now 260lbs dont cut it! I do still have alot of strength and feel I can get my strength back but as for the weight I need some help I just dont want to get F'ed up on any supplements/drugs but if DNP or clen and T3 are safe if used wisely then I'll probably try it.
TXlonghorn, Did you take anything on your weeks off of DNP any ECA or anything? On you 42 day cycle of DNP how much weight/body fat did you loose? How does your body react after getting off of DNP any weakness, headaches, dizzyness etc..
Thanks

Firstly, it wasn't me on the 42 day dnp, that was Huckleberry FINNaplex. Do a search on him and dnp. In fact I think 42 might be in the title. I think he lost somewheres in the neighborhood of 15 pounds of fat.

On my weeks off, I took nothing special. I am not a big fan of stimulants, and I feel eca for men is playing with fire since ephedrine stimulates the prostrate.

The only thing I notice after cessation of dnp, aside from deep feeling of loss :) , is I am not as hot. That's it.
Contrast this with a keto diet and the pathological eating habits you get into when you come off. Man, I was like a ravenous pig.

If anything, when you come off, you appear to get leaner. I say appear, because dnp makes you retain water, and you are just losing that water.

No flame here, but have you ever taken DNP?!? You appear leaner after DNP b/c you ARE leaner. Everytime I've done DNP I've lost about .75lbs/day and kept it off.

No flame here but read what I said again. When you stop taking dnp, you continue to appear to lose weight. After the dnp is gone. And that comes from water retention when on, and the loss of water when off.

I did not say that dnp is an illusion.

Go back and read it again.

Tx, I read your statement the same way bgdaddysmooth did -- you didn't word it very well. It's easy to read things differently via text....just one of those things.
