Clen help?

tommboy said:
Hey guys im thinking of trying some Clenbuterol for the first time and had a few questions to people who have used to cut some fat. I know it needs to be ramped up but not sure avg. doses are and how many times a day it needs to be split up.

What kind of effects come with Clenbuterol use besides the shakes?

Can I just try it for 2 weeks and see where im at, at that point. Or do i need to cycle it more often then that?
clen needs to be eased into gradually, first day start off with 20 mcg, see how you feel, and if youre not shading violently, go up to 40 mcg the next day. then just follow this ramping schedule until you reach a descent dose that you can tolerate (first time, I wouldn't go over 140 - 160 mcg per day) I usually take half my dose when I wake up in the morning, and the other half after lunch. I know people who take their entire dose at once, so its a personal preference really. you need to have access to some taurine (its advised you take 4 grams/day), and some potassium (take 1000-2000 mg/day) and drink a lot of water. Doing this will help with the cramps you will get if you don't take these precautions. (and cramping becuase of clen, well..... it sucks!!), You may shake a little, but that is normal. YOu may feel nauseous, and your appetite may suffer a little, but you are trying to loose weight anyway, right? Those are the only sides I've experienced with clen, different people may have different recommendations though, so good luck with your first time.

yeah, 2 on, 2 off. I think it is worth every penny. It has an uncanny ability to make you look extremely thin in the trunk and shrink the waist. Which I wondered if it also burned visceral fat? I am taking a good three month break and may try ECA (haven't taken that since highschool before it got banned) or albuterol but it looks like you need to take a lot more of it and alot more often. $$$$

ive been on it for a week and dont feet to bad m goin to bump up every week for three weeks then off a week i can already see a difference

You may want to run anavar @ 50 ed to help protect muscle...clen will burn fat and muscle...I lost 23lbs. in 6 weeks...

Did you guys do cardio too, or is clen too effective? Is the taurine really needed even if im only doing 2 weeks and plan on low doses.

Does it make you sweat profusely?

not true bro... Clenbuterol is anti-catabolic and is actually good to use through your PCT - post cycle therapy - at 40 mcg pd to help sustain muscle post cycle

and to answer your q's tommy, yes it will make you sweat profusely and yes you still need to do cardio... it's not a magic pill... but it will HELP you burn fat

here's a link that will give you a good idea of what you'r lookin at!!

papa lion that is the type of info I was looking for!! Great article, Im going to ramp up to 140 mcg i guess cause thats what it says in the article. How much have you ever ramped clen up to? oh ya how much does clen increase body temperature? Because 1 degree sounds like a huge amount and that only yeilds a 5 percent increase in maintenece calories burned which to me doesn't sound very big.......

Damn why are the sides so bad?? Did you atleast shed a lot of fat ?
Also, I forget the amount, but I am sure more skilled players here can fill you in, but Taurine supp should be used with Clenbuterol

NM I found some info here for you!

Muscular cramping
Cramping whilst using Clenbuterol is a fairly common side effect. This is most probably due to depletion of the amino acid taurine in the liver together with deficits in the electrolytes sodium and potassium, as well as inadequate hydration. Taurine helps stabilize cell membranes and prevent nerves from becoming over-excited. Some studies show that giving taurine supplements relieves painful muscle cramps. Japanese researchers found that the longer rats exercised, the more taurine they lost from their muscles (Matsuzaki et al, 2002).

Symptoms of cramping may be alleviated by:
Eating fruit particularly bananas
Ensuring adequate hydration
Taurine supplementation - 3-5g daily
Potassium supplementation - 200-400mg daily taken before bed on an empty stomach
