Do you need to drop the weight to get a lapband? or you've had a lapband already? It would be important to note the medical piece before looking at something like clen.

Ok..never mind..just re read that. You're thinking about a lapband but looking at clen first? The key, even with a supplement, will be diet and that could be where we start to help you, like others have said. There are lots of threads with dosing suggestions for clen cycles but your diet needs to be spot on, counted to the last calorie.

What's your timeline?

If you stay on this site and listen to the ladies you will change your name soon enough. They have been through the process already and can keep you from making the mistakes that they made so that you get results quicker.
Don't be afraid to start a journal detailing what you eat, when you eat, how much you eat every day and also what you do at the gym and for cardio. What you will find is it will give you a great support system, extra motivation and the ability for others to fine tune what you are doing so you get maximum results.
The reality is with the lap band they are going to have you taking all the same supplements to be healthy as the ladies will here. Both will get you results. The difference is when you do it on your own there is a greater chance of staying where you want to when you get to your goal. The lap band has a high relapse rate.
Best of luck with all of your goals. You can do it. Trust me!

This... And regarding the user name...

The only reason I say anything is this, and bear with me because it's gonna sound a little crazy:

You are what you think. Your body is just a shell that reflects the way you talk to yourself. You've gotta think it before you can do it. So stop telling yourself you're fat and you suck and you're never gonna do it, blah blah blah...

There are plenty of people in this world who will spin that dialogue for you if you wanna hear it. You need to combat that constantly. The whole
"fake it 'til you make it" thing applies in fitness as much as anywhere.

Wanna be a thin person? Eat like a thin person, exercise like a thin person, think like a thin person and with a little time it will come to be. That's the beauty of it. The brass ring is right there for you to grab... You just have to stop telling yourself your arms aren't long enough.

Fat isn't a sin. I'm guessing you didn't get there by cannibalizing a small village. We all have fitness ups and downs. The people that win are the ones who fall off the horse and get right back on. Losers roll around in the dirt and probably even get some shit in their eyes.

Get on the horse. You have a whole cavalry here to support you. Do it right now. Don't wait.

xo

Wait! I've goggled N2 slin & I am unable to find where to purchase it. Does anyone have the link? Does it need to be stacked with anything.
