Clean diet equals horrible gas?

suggestions?

this is the brand I use. All health food stores in the US carry this brand.
http://us.naturalfactors.com/search.asp?mode=cat&cat=36

The one I use on this page is

Protec Non-Dairy with FOS - 4 billion active cells, non-dairy
Code 1831 (90 Capsules)

You can use any good quality one, but make sure there are 4 billion or more units in it. You can take one a day for 7 days, then 3 days off.
It maintains a healthy gut/intestine and keeps yeast (systemic candida) down in the body

Might be associated with food combining; obviously everyone is different, but it takes experimentation to figure out what the cause of the problem is. I have to seperate my carbs from my protein as I get bad stomach cramps and gas. Or your body might be in a cleaning transition; a switch from eating craptacular foods into eating foods that nourish and sustain you.

According to some nutritionists and doctors/naturopaths- when solid protein and carbs are eaten together, whatever is deemed the most important (whatever macro was ingested the most) takes precedence over the other, in which case one is being digested while the other is putrifying or fermenting causing gastric distress. I can personally attest to this. I eat them seperately. 1-2hrs apart and have no problems and digestion has improved. Enzymes and probiotics can help as well.

I moved to a raw food diet to help with my digestion problems from a cooked food diet and the results have been astounding in my case. The methodology here is that all enzymes and vitamins are intact in raw food; cooking dentaures and kills enzymes dependent upon the temp that's being used.

Good, cheap cold pro-biotic?

YOGURT.

Enjoy.

There's only a small amount of probiotic in yogurt unless you buy those ones like a "shot"
But dairy causes more gas and also yougurt needs to be digested. A probiotic goes right to the gut.
Not to mention, yogurt has too much sugar
