We are "stuck" with our frame and our genetics. We train to pack muscle on these bones and achieve a look.

What kind of look? Lean and fit? Monster? Classic?

Get out the tape and see how you compare to these guidelines:

Arm size = 252% of wrist size
Calf size = 192% of ankle size
Neck size = 79% of head size
Chest size = 148% of pelvis size
Waist size = 86% of pelvis size
Thigh size = 175% of knee size
Weight = 295% of height

I'm confused. Weight=295% height. Maybe I'm retarded an unable to grasp such a basic idea and fundamentals but could you please elaborate.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend......PARTY

Im with you so im 70 inch tall to 300% of that is around 210 pounds guess Im doing great causes im heaver then that lol

I take it you peeps arent very good with math.

shouldnt have used percentages in this whole explanation.

if something is 250% the size of another thing you'd multiply by 2.5. 79% multiply by .79 etc

It is right out of the Steve Reeves book. He believed in these proportions for a classical look. The foundation is your frame.

He almost achieved a 24" difference between his chest and waist; shoulders 24" wide using a caliper.
6' 1 "
215
18 1/2 neck, arms and calves
29 waist
52 chest
26 thighs

This is just interesting info about "image" and goals.
