fiber doesnt have an effect ... sugar and sugar alchol does ... i believe the diet works better if you keep your total carbs to 20 grams or less for the first few weeks till u get used to the diet and then gradually increase to see what it takes to get kicked out of ketosis......everyones body reacts differently.....

chicken
steak
pork
mozerella cheese
chedder
beef jerky
bacon
eggs
also u can pretty much go to any fast food place like burger king or mc donalds and get one of there larger burgers just dont get ketsup, bread, tomatoes ,on it also limit the amount of cheese because every slice has 1 gram of carb...
