yo really shouldnt have them on a ckd, u need equal if not more fat than protein and most of them only have like 10 grams at most and say 30 grams of protein... just eat regular foods. also dont fall for those "net" carb sayings .. If u need meal help just go to www.c-k-d.com..
Be careful of the "Net" carb crap everytime i ate one of those things it would seem to take me much longer to hit ketosis...... but everyone acts different
