Chrysin

Believe it or not, I am currently in possession of 2 bottles of chrysin. I know, you're probably saying "what the hell is el cubano doing with chrysin?" I went into GNC today to buy some protein and MetRX and they just threw them in there. I think it was an accident but I didn't say anything and they didn't charge me for it. Oh well. I guess that I will be experimenting with it.

Heard that you need to take at least 5g of this shit per day for it to work, anyone have any ideas if this is true?

From what i understand you have to take like 5-10 grams for it to do any good at estrogen blocking but it may make you shoot golf ball sized cum wads!!! Hey that would be pretty cool huh... Oh well gotta run cuban.Be sure to holla FoooooooooooooouuuuuR!

I have noticed a difference using chrysin and DIM. It may not work for everyone, but it has helped me. I have definately seen the puffiness of my nips reduced.
