Hahaha I used to go on a "chocolate milk/Jack N the Box" bulk phase!!!!! Did I gain weight and some strength? You betcha! Did I look worse then the ultimate cheeseburger I was consuming. Sure did! :D

Cartons of dutch chocolate milk and Burger King helped me gain weight when I was a 168lb, 18-year old freshmen in college. I must have been consuming 500% of the daily saturated fat!!:)

Ignore the sarcastic replies. If you, or anyone for that matter gets, fat from drinking chocolate milk, then they are already fat in the first place.

What is your metabolism like. If you are the typical hardgainer with a fast metabolism, then drink as much milk as you can, flavoured or un-flavoured.

why bother with the chocolate ? make your own with protein powder or drink regular milk flavored milk, its just a shitload of extra sugar.

I have never been fat or remotely overweight in my life, but when I was pounding 3 800 calorie chocolate milk quarts a day my physique went to shits. Hardgainer or not (which I consider myself) if you are consuming 2400 calories from just chocolate milk alone (not counting all the other potential high caloric meals of the day) you may not get full blown fat, but you will get sloppy overtime. As a little bulk phase, it isnt so bad, but I would try to get my calories and protein from other sources.
