chicken and tuna diet

is it ok to follow a high protein diet with low carbs having only chicken and tuna as main protein sources? or do you think red meat and whey is crucial for bulking?

Nothing wrong with just tuna and chicken, but red meats (like beef) are also a great source of protein! Whey is yet another excellent source of protein, too. It is a fast-digesting protein that is rapidly absorbed into your bloodstream. I think you should see faster results with whey, so I say go for it. :)

grass fed beef has B12 and iron. I will have it 3-4X per month myself

don't get the cheap walmart beef, the cows are fed shit and live in shit

buy pastured grass fed beef, it costs a bit more but it makes a helluva big difference

if you don't eat red meat, then that is totally fine. you can most certainly get away with just fish and chicken

The best is a variety. Chicken and tuna are great low fat protein sources but I would also add in eggs/egg whites, a high quality whey isolate shake, lean grass fed beef and wild caught fish.

Each protein source has a different amino acid profile and different vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.

There is a famous saying, variety is the spice of life!

red meat is very beneficial in bulking, but not necessarily crucial

As for whey - most people dont even need it
