In your opinion, how much fat would you estimate that chicken loses when you grill it? I'm shooting for 85g of fat per day, but if I'm losing saturated chicken fat then I would like to replace it with Flaxseed. What do YOU think?
You college kids need to get a foremen grill....it is my best friend.
I live in an apartment now but when I lived in the dorms they weren't allowed - I just put a towel down by the door, opened the widows with a fan pointed toward it, lite incense, etc.
Just pretend like your smoking pot and don't wanna get caught.
