Just started back to the gym and I’m struggling with my chest it seems that I get more pump in my arms than feeling my chest rip could someone shine a light 
n what I’m doing wrong I normally start with cable machine then flys then dumbell press rotated 180 at top then barbell press and finish with close hand push ups any help would be much appreciated
