Flat bench 290 6 rep - incline dumbell press 100 lbs 5 rep
Flat bench 270 8 rep - incline dumbell press 80 lbs 8 rep
Flat bench 240 10 rep - incline dumbell press 60 lbs 11 rep
I got it from a friend who did it for while and his chest looks amazing, Idk if it's his genes or this work out routine
