Sorry, but there is no outer chest, it's only broken down into a upper/lower portions. All pressing movements should hit it fine though...what is your current routine looking like?
the answer to your question is YES. Using a wide grip on your pressing movements will hit the outer chest. Don't believe me? Try shifting your grip around on bench press and you will feel the difference.

Well to tell the truth i would say no there is no outter peck exercise. but for motivation purposes good oh flies.. but be carful any shoulder pain will be from going to low. also with the bench press some will have shoulder problems from going to wide.. sorry just fact. genetics.. genetics genetics.. all you can really do is make the muscle bigger. you cannot change the shape.. good luck
I tried for years to make my bicept longer.. liers... ha ha...
Did you even read what I just posted? There is NO inner chest, therefore you cannot build only the "inner chest" ... your chest is sepparated into an upper/lower, not upper/lower/middle/outer/upper left/lower diagonal right...Just work on heavy presses that develop and build your chest overall.
