look i have almost no chest........well im exagerrating a tad but it could get better.............im not a fat guy so im like a basketball players size ( a taller allen iverson) but i need that big a$$ chest. i have been doing bench presses for a while but i dont hink that im getting what i should out of it.........is there a combo of excersizes for the chest thats is better or should i pyramid for better results or............................school me fellas.
