Do you have a cheat meal once a week, a cheat meal 2 times a week, a cheat day, or never cheat?

I am now trying to only have one cheat meal a week. I dieted for fifty days with no cheat days, then I went on a two month binge. We're talking at least four desserts a day (and trust me, that is by no means an exageration!) I'm now trying to limit myself so I don't go crazy. I rarely crave junk food - it's the desserts that kill me! I think today is day 19, and I am seeing better results now than at the end of the fifty day diet! I'm thinking about competing in a fitness competition next year. If I can see satisfactory results by the end of December, I will decide. The funny thing about this whole dieting concept is that (for me) once I've reached my goal, I can't seem to refocus. I just binge! Anyone else relate to that?![]()
