I'm almost a week into my cut and have been doing very well by my standards. My diet is getting much better and my workouts are now focused on strength. I'm currently cutting to lose BF so I can bulk later on. I have little to no muscle but bulking now would put me at a HIGH BF when I finish.
Anyways, the cravings set in a lot faster than I expected. Anytime I see something sweet I can taste it but I'm holding up good so far. My Dad wants to eat at a chinese buffet on tuesday and I wanna go pretty bad lol. Is it going to halt my progress by going and splurging on a few platefuls and desert? Whenever I have a cheat I eat considerably less during the day to make up for it. And is having a crap meal once a week good or bad? Thanks!
