Cheap creatine, any real difference?

It seems much cheaper than alot of the other stuff I've seen on the net. I've ordered from vitaglo.com before and had good luck with their EAS whey protein. I got 3 5lb. bottles for like $60. It tastes great and is exactly the same as the stuff you buy in the store for like $8 for a pound.

Anyway, back to the creatine. Is there any reason not to use this brand?

others may disagree, but for me I could care less about name brands concerning creatine. The cheap stuff can work just as well. I get my best results by pre loading 20g for 5 days( 4 doses div. through day) and 3 months I maintain 5g on non training days and 10g on(5g 30 min before and 5g after training).

honestly......11 bucks for 500 20 for 900 pfanstiel german creatine fromt he vit shop...the body tech line. Its doesnt get much better. for Monohydrate that is. this month it will be even cheaper

I usually stick with products that bear the "creapure" insignia. Usually cheap creatine contains more manufacturing impurities(Dyacinides sp?). Biologically speaking these impurities are effectively poisons in small amounts.

Impact Nutritions creatine product doesnt taste good at all and isnt worth it to me. It was like $50 bucks or something and that mango flavor tastes like crap. Bad aftertaste and makes you want to throw up.

As long as its from a reputable company i say its ok. I buy mine from wal mart, i just make sure to get weider or eas.-WULF

theres a difference on wether its american or german creatine one is better than the other but i cant remember wich one is.
