Changing workout routine

Hey all, glad to be here! With the summer coming, I'm looking to change up my workout routine... I've become increasingly interested in learning new techniques such as applying kettlebells to my training. The more knowledge, the better!!!

I also work for Force Factor, the sports nutrition brand that represents Derrick Rose, Vernon Davis and some other phenomenal athletes. I'm available to answer questions about the brand or our products!
