Changing it up

I have been on my program for about 6 weeks now. I feel like I am starting to plateau. What can i do differently to keep gaining strength?
 
Change up the style of training you do, rep range, time of day you train, etc. Just something different will refresh you. You can also look at changing parts of your diet. Especially those close to when you train.
