i figure that 5-6meals a day is good,but dieting will be hard 100% clean so i am makin 1meal a day a cheat like mcdonalds or ranch1 i know weight loss and lower gut will be a slow process but i feel that by doing this ,i wont have to pig out everyday week ,cause if i have a cheat day FOGET IT i will eat atleast 5,000cals or more haha and i have done this before ... BUT I KNOW when i am done eating this cheat meal ima use the STAIRS to get to classs's haha
