Hi girls

My first time writing on a forum I desperatly need some help! Have tried all sorts of treatments for cellulite on my thighs but nothing seems to work! Its getting worse and worse I cant look in a mirror any more I would really apreciate any advice/help as so far nothing seems to work!!!

which exercises work better?
 
Cellulite is nothing more then fat deposits. The only way to remove it is by lowering your body fat. None of those cellulite creams or supplements do anything. It's all a scam.

In order to loose body fat, you need to perfect your diet and training. Simple as that. Here is a good article for you to read on how to set up a carb cycling diet for fat loss: http://www.evolutionary.org/cycling-carbohydrates

I wish it was as simple as just telling you to take a certain supplement or drug but it's not. I have helped hundreds of women remove cellulite and the only thing that works is decreasing body fat over all.
 
I agree with the guys above. Work on lowering total body fat. If you want something to help with that try cardarine. It will make your cardio easier and help with fat loss.
 
its a long and boring process, but very rewarding in the end

So hop on a diet and start shredding fat little by little
 
Yohimflame is one great product - my wife has been suffering with this problem for many years, and nothing would help her, even though she is very athletic. However, Yohimflame has brought about clearly visible results, so I can personally vouch for this product.

Steve is right, it is about consistency. Too many people go hardcore for a little while and then fall off. You have to be dedicated every single day and be doing thing right to see results. If you are trying to lose fat then you have to be in a deficit every single day. If you are not losing fat then you are not in a deficit.
 
The #1 miskate people make is they don't approach fitness as a lifestyle.

Diets don't work. You need to make sustainable changes that you can stick to
 
i was on keto diet for 2 months. and failed....
now i'm into binge eating all the time.
a friend of mine advised me to start working out and take some legal steroid called "anvarol" or smth
used for fat burning. looks like its my last hope. but i don't know if i can find motivation
for workout because it's difficult for me to go to the gym because of huge embarrassment.....

If you binge eat, fail diets and so on then no drug will help.

Regards the gym. I'm too damned old to worry about what people think.

Thank you so much Steve for all your support. I am feeling much much better and my weight is going down :heart::heart: slowly but surely
