"Cell-Tech" creatine, anybody ever tried it?

mort

New member
Hey bro's, Anybody know about " Cell-Tech" creatine? I've been told that creatine with dextrose is better for absorbtion than creatine with plain water or grape juice. Has anyone had experience with this product?

Thanks,

Mort

I've never tried it, but every time I've heard it mentioned on this board ppl say it's a total waste of money...

No way...

Cell-Tech was definitely a great product. Great pumps in the gym while taking it and great strength/size gains as well.

The big drawback is it's PRICE it completely outrageous.. the biggest waste of money for creatine + dextrose + ALA. Retarded if you ask me. But still a terrific product in my opinion.

I've seen that stuff in Bodybuilding magizines, and alot of pro's swear by it. If my memory serves me correct, stacking cell-tech with nitro-tech and hydroxycut is a breakthrough, unbelieveable, and uheard of supplement stack. Here are some quotes straight outta the mag's, they may give you a hint on what to expect from these revlutionary products.

" Since switching to CELL-Tech, Aaron Maddron has gained an additional 25 pounds of mass while significantly increasing his strength."

"CELL-TECH IS UP TO 19 TIMES MORE EFFECTIVE THAN REGULAR CREATINE"

There was a quiz on the another EF board offering a lifetime supply of this stuff. Apparently, I can't find it. Maybe it got deleted.

Supposedly there have been some studies that show that (creatine+grape juice) has poorer results than cell tech. Celltech contains dextrose and insulin poteintiating ala. However, there have been other studies contradicting celltechclaims, saying that dextrose and other insulin potentiating crap is useless in creatine, because SODIUM is what matters in creatine supplementation. With sodium manipulation and creatine, you can prevent the bloat - supposedly.
That sounds like bs to me, as in creatine the bloat is part of the cell voluminization effect - it has to come.

I will post the study if anyone wants it. I dont have the study, just its name and author - and a product that claims to prevent the bloat. ALl appeared in augusts edition of Flex.

Cell-Tech is overhyped, for I have NOT seen any studies backing up the theories they state. Simply stated, get some pure creatine, some dextrose powder and some ALA.
www.proteinfactory.com
get your protein/carbs powders/etc.. there

Take ALA pre workout and post workout w/ creatine+dextrose combo.

CellTech was the only creatine i ever took so i cant compare it....i took it once for 5 weeks, and my bottle became empty before i could finish the cycle (company plan?)~i had some gains but not the 10 pounds i was expecting! I wouldnt recommend it with what theyre selling it for.

Tried it and didn't like it. It has too much sugar and it made me feel like crap.I don't recommend it. Muscletech charges too much for their product. :fro:

Hey Thanks Bro's!

Thanks for the replies Bro's! As allways, the replies were most comprehensive. These boards are a valued resource, I don't know what I would do with out it.

Thanks again Bro's!

My first reply was just a joke. Supplementdirect.com sells a cheaper knock-off version of Cell-tech. Just mentioning incase you were planning on buying the Cell-tech formulation.

Personally, If I was gonna use creatine, I would just buy the cheapest pure creatine. E.g kilosports.com

Personally,
I think that muscletech makes some of the best supplements--they are just WAY overpriced. If you can find deals on them though...like in the bargain bin or somethin...its definitely worth the money. I think that the mesotech mrp's mixed with milk are probably the best tasting mrp that i've ever had. The bars are pretty good too (still waiting for those 10lbs of shredded mass though). :D

cell-tech sucks. the amount of sugar in it is ridiculous. i had to force it down just to drink it. i switched back to phosphagen hp and its much better. overpriced and overated.

Phosphagen HP has the same amount of sugar as cell tech if you go by creatine content....i think its like 35gms dextrose per 5 gm creatine. Phosphagen is a little cheaper, but not much. I'd just do what mr X suggested earlier if i were you....

muscle tech is a genius when it comes to advertising cell-tech and nitro tech all it is is creatine+dextrose and nitrotech is just whey protein but muscletech makes it seems liek its amazingly scientific when its just regular crap that every other company puts out. they pay all those pros to say they rely on cell tech when they prolyl all rely on 1000 miligrams of test a week.weider does the saME style but is bad at advertising and also the reason why musclemag pushes muscletech products is because muscletech owns musclemag there good products but not ad great as the 7 page adds in magazines say

Its Muscle-tech......overpriced, over rated, overadvertised and i quote............."without muscletech i wouldnt have gained 100 pounds to my huge back"..............................(bollocks)
