I am pretty sure you can not buy CBD oil without a prescription but you can purchase products that contain CBD oil. I'm not super educated on the topic though.

I would google CBD oil and see what comes up. If there are companies selling it, they'll be the first to pop up

What would you use cbd oil for? I think it's mostly used for epilepsy.
