Causes of finger numbness?

For almost a week now my hands have been stiff and feel swollen. I can barely make a fist with my left hand; right hand isn't quite as bad.


Also my fingers will go numb if I have my hand in certain positions. A lot of times when I'm texting or surfing the dark web on my phone.


Something similar has happened before when using growth and Tbol.
