I don't think nothing beats a non-fat whole cup of cottage cheese, but I go for Met-RX, nice blend of casein, eggs, glutamine and a bit of whey isolate. along with some fishoils caps makes me feel safe about not loosing any muscle through the night.

Try NextProtein. That's all used for over 10 years now!
Great taste, great results.
I have tried others, but I wouldn't use anything else. Always great quality and taste.
I like the vanilla prailine and the chocolate best. The strawberry is good too.
I always mix it with 2% milk and a banana. I'm going to try a little pineapple with the vanilla prailine tonight for the first time.
