carnivore diet do’s and dont’s?

I'm interested in trying the Carnivore diet and I'm looking for some advice on the do's and don'ts of doing it. I get a lot of mixed reviews. Some people say that it's OK to eat burgers on it. Some people say it's not. Some people say it's good to have yogurt and some people say it's not. It's very confusing. What are your recommendations on doing it correctly?

When it comes to the carnivore diet, you have to food prep. If you're not food prepping, then you're not gonna be able to be successful at it. That's a big mistake people make.

I think one of the things people do with the carnivore diet that is wrong is use spices. That's not part of the carnivore diet. If you add even things like salt, pepper, or other spices, those are actually plants. That's kind of funny that people will add things like pepper and oregano because they grow.
