Does anyone take this brand? I Just received my package today in the mail. It tastes better than the capsule kind I get at costco.

Are these better than the capsule type? My friend suggested I take these. How does this fish oil benefit my muscle development?

Yea I got the lemon flavor. It sure tastes better than those capsule kind I get from Costco. Whenever I eat the costco kind I always burp fish oil when I'm squatting. Fucking sick.

They shouldn't taste too good. There should be a distinct, but not unpleasant, fishy taste. Overrefining fish oil reduces it's nutritional value. My orthomolecular doc isn't wild about Carlson for that reason. The best product and value I've found is the Vitacost house brand.

Hey is the Carlson fish oil really worth the extra price? I buy mine online for about $30.00 shipped. They sell the capsule kind at Costco for about $12.00 a bottle.

To tell you the truth I don't feel any different after switching from the capsule type to the Carlson liquid kind. The carlson tastes better though.
