cardio

I do like 30-45 minutes stair master 2 or 3 times a week [but not much lately]. Of course i am a fatty, so i dont think it does much.

I walk every day on my treadmill for about 40-45 min. I walk at 3.5-3.8 mph at a 5% incline. I just started doin this about 2 weeks ago. I can tell Im getting a little more vascular, so I'll sticke with it. Also my heart rate doesnt go up to far, so im burning fat not muscle.

While trying to pack on mass, i do 2 heavy interval cardio sessions in a week, to keep BMR in high gear so that I can eat a lot without too much becoming fat.

More than that would influence my strength considerably.

Offcoarse when trying to get cut i up the interval training to 4 times a week, but take more restdays for the weighttraining
 
I generally do low instensity cardio about 4 times a week for about 25 minutes post workout....
Havnt noticed ANY decreases in strength.. only increases... while simultaneously losing fat and eating a pretty clean calory packed diet...
 
I've been doing cardio ED except on leg days. About 20 minutes at 5.0 pace(jog) on the tread.. I was just wondering what everyone else does..
