Cardio Tips?

New member
Hi everyone, I start work the same time my gym opens in the morning, which makes it impossible for me to do the A.M. cardio. If I do cardio in the evening, how much time would I need in order to make my cardio session as effective as doing A.M. cardio, and when should I stop eating before my P.M. cardio?

Thanks in advance everyone.

If I can dig up the actual post from Lyle Mcdonald which said this I'll post it. Anyway here goes.

There is no real-world fat-loss advantage to doing morning cardio. Even if a high-percentage of fat is used during exercise, glycogen will be burned afterwards. If glycogen is used, fat will be burned next. Its really not a matter of where the calories come from as long as they are used..in the end the difference between fat and glycogen used in exercise will even out.

Unless your doing Sprints of course...then it does matter due to higher metabolic rate for longer.
