I run during cycle. I'm cutting.
Test, mast and winstrol. I run 5 days a week for 45-60min plus weights 3 days a week for 45min....running is my new high..I'm a big guy, not worried about losing size...just want to cut. I wouldn't be worried about losing muscle if you have a good build and are looking to cut. Bulking I don't run much
Have you considered cutting calories instead of running so much? 45 minutes-1 hour is way too much cardio and becomes counterproductive unless your heart rate is at less than 50%, in which case, you aren't working hard enough. For a visual, picture the physique of someone who runs monthly marathons vs that of, let's say, a collegiate sprinter (to keep the comparison fair). Which one would you rather look like?
