I do cardio every day - run in the summer cardio machines in the winter. Bulking/cutting it doesn't matter. I do it for heart health. If I'm bulking I just eat more. If I'm cutting, it really helps.
If you are the type that has a hard time putting on weight regardless of what or how much you eat, or if you are the type who actually doesn't like eating - you may not want to do it if you are trying to gain weight.
I'm running a 12 week cycle of Test-E and every day I take half an hour of running, someone said that in this way I'll have a little little muscle growth
Little little muscle growth haha I like that, so you're just looking to put on a few pounds then anyway? 30 minutes a day wouldn't keep gains down that much but like the other guys said depends more on diet and weights how much you grow.

For the average, healthy guy who is looking to add mass and doesn't have problems with their thyroid, it is said that 25 minutes cardio per day is max to avoid muscle catabolism. Hope this helps
I do cardio 5 days a week and I only go for 15 minutes per session however I am going all out. I am basically where I want to be on my weight so this works best for me to maintain my current weight.
Test, mast and winstrol. I run 5 days a week for 45-60min plus weights 3 days a week for 45min....running is my new high..I'm a big guy, not worried about losing size...just want to cut. I wouldn't be worried about losing muscle if you have a good build and are looking to cut. Bulking I don't run much

Good point. A reliable way to keep cardio sessions short and ultra-effective is interval training or HIIT. It isn't about how long, it's about the intensity. Didn't think to mention that before seeing this post.
