Cardio Question...Please read.

OK, I hate doing dishes. So I put my MP3 player on (Madonna dance stuff) and I dance while doing dishes. Sometimes I work up a sweat. Now I look forward to dishes. Give 'er a go maybe? Also I noticed that you don't have protein until 12, although your up before 8am. Some of you meals could have more protein....Ang

Excellent point.

Also, 12 hours with no food is not a good idea to maintain muscle.

That's a hard one to say -- like I said, for me to make a significant diff I have to do my regular 4x/week + another 4x/week, e.g. 45 min AM cardio + 20-30 after training at nite about 4x/week. But that's me and that was also on a cutting diet.


I thought I was the only one.
