Cardio in the morning

For fat loss purposes, I read that if you dont do your cardio first thing in the morning, there really is no sense in even doing cardio. I understand that it is the best time to do cardio, but does it really make THAT much of a difference?
 
personally yes.

I do it every other day now for 40-45

this seems to work magic for me.

I used to do 30 once a day then twice a day and so on.

but if you train intensly with weights, once every other day is perfect. and do 40-45 to tap into the fat. any more would be too muvh in my op.

I now lift one day, then do cardio the next day............and I never feel tired.

and i am getting bigger while dropping Body fat.

I believe it does make a difference. But to say that you won't lose weight if you do it at any other time is rediculous IMO, especially if you've never done cardio.

I went from 275 to 230 largely from lifting and running, both at night, usually after 8pm. And that was without a particularly good diet. Over the past couple years, since I've learned a lot about diet, I've stayed between 210-220.

I've been doing am cardio for the first time in my life for the past six weeks, and eating cleaner than ever. Have the extra pounds magically dissappeared? No. However, there has been a noticeable change, slowly but surely.
 
morning is th best,on a empty stomach,but you will still lose from doing cardio any time a day...the thing to look at for fat loss also is diet.:angel:
 
I have always found morning cardio, stomach empty except for eca stack, very effective for fat loss, it seems to burn fat more efficiently at that time. I can generally lose a few pounds of bf a week doing it that way.

After you take your eca, how long do you wait before you start with the cardio, if at all?
 
I chew it up so it'll digest faster, on the way out the door, by the time I get to the gym and onto the treadmill, I can feel it, that's about 10 minutes.
 
i usually do 30-40mins after training and 1hr non weight trainig days always in the morning.
did u used to do that omega? i do find that im exhasted while i do cardio after training..but have been told that is the best way to get rid of fat fast
