Why is it that some days I can blast right through a 60 minute cardio session while on others I feel like I'm gonna pass out after 20 minutes???

Is this usually due to low blood sugar, inadequate carbs/calories, dehydration -- or something else?

even if you are cutting, you don't want to get to the point where
you feel like you are going to pass out, you'll enter into a catabolic state, give yourself adequate energy to complete the workout, how much and what kind of energy depends on your diet.
