When i train legs i always incorperate squats and heavy lifts, my legs are usually VERY sore the next day after, like hard to walk and stand up for long periods of time. My question is, ive been trying to do cardio every morning for 20min run around my neighborhood, but i find that 1 or 2 even 3 days after i train legs im running on very sore legs and almost like limp-running just to get the cardio in, is this ok to do or am i just ruining my muscle recovery, i would like to do cardio every morning if i can, but the 2 days after legs im just so sore, if its ok i can work throgh it, anyone know?
