My question is: What will make you retain more water? Lets say a diet with alot of carbs, but low in sodium vs. a diet low in carbs,like a keto, but alot of sodium, from like cheese, bacon ect.
Just curious, its seems like when ever i diet with low carbs my face really leans up, but as soon as I eat some carbs(clean)my face puffs back up. I am between cycles now, so thats not the problem.
