Why are you sprinting if you're trying to lose bodyfat???
Sprinting is not really a workout, but is a FORM of cardio. It's not a lipolysis form, that's for sure, but after you should be eating fat/protein meals while cutting, as you have no cause to replinish glycogen to any great degree. Weight training is different.
You'd be well served to change your form of cardio for fat loss if that's your goal.
