Carbing up for workouts?

if you can't even get through a weight training session without 'carbing up' then that is a food addiction pure and simple

do not take dextrose/sugar gels for weight training man. that is pathetic

if you want to do strength training for example then eating something simple like 2-3 eggs and a piece of fruit 2-3 hours prior would work great
Yep. I literally have a bowl of cereal - as in my breakfast
