High carb day 40 % carbs, 40 % protein, 20 % fat

Medium carb day 30 % carbs, 50 % protein, 20 % fat

Low carb day 20 % carbs, 50 % protein, 30 % fat

You need to play with the ratios to see what works best for you.

so....would this be an good idea to use even on the offseason...these low carb medium high days?

What sport are you competing in that you have an off-season?

im on a cuttingdiet right now...should have told that, sorry about the confusion. bodybuilding....
back to the subject, can this also be a good plan in the offseason?

i was thinking about using this carb cyclingplan even in the offseason.
low days, medium days and high days....would that be useful or just wouldnt make any difference, regarding gaining fat?

I'm looking into this too.

My cutting is progressing smoothly (not for a comp), and has 4-6 weeks left.

I am also looking into carb cycling for bulking.

At very least it commits you to discipline. Besides, I don't buy the line you have to eat massively to gain a lot of muscle if your not on juice.

A pound of muscle is 600 calories. 1/2 a pound of muscle is a decent gain per week. Doesn't that imply that only a small calorie surplus is required?
