Im a few days out from my cycle and will be posting pics of what ive achieved naturally in a few days. A monster? Fuck i wish. Alot of people at my gym tell me i look like im on sauce, but i dont see it. Btw, my bf is around 12%, so no im not a tub-o-lard. Here are some of my best lifts:
flat bench: 275 @6
Flat dumbell flies: 80s for 8
seates behind neck press: 225@4
seated laterals:45s @12
rear laterals:60s @ 12
deadlifts:405 @ 6
reversegrip straight bar rows:275@7
squats:405@8
leg presses:1000 @ 11
standing alternate dumbell curls:60s @5
seated french curls with ez bar:135@8
i dont remember all my lits right now but those are pretty average, working weights. im gonna shoot a little training video around week 10 or 11 of my cycle-guarantee it will blow everyone away.
