Hey ladies, Im hoping you can help me with my new diet.
I am starting a carb cycling diet and im reading a hundred different varions, im a little overwhelmed and not sure how to work this.
I'm 5'3
128lbs
approx 19% bf
I train 5 days a week.
I'm not sure how I should calculate my daily calories to start. and whether or not I should be measuring off body weight, or lean body mass.
I'm also torn on the carbs cycle itself. which is better:
low day/high
low day/low day/high day
or something more like:
Moderate/low/high
